Series overview

Original story. Not an adaptation.

Plot

Removed from the police force, Cemre Demiray goes to Cyprus to stay with her brother and meets Asil. They marry fast. Asil vanishes on the wedding day. Cemre tracks him to Tarsus and to Mercan Köşk, the mansion that holds the feud between the Mercandağ and Hozan families. Her father was killed in this city.

Aras Akıncı, a Tarsus-born businessman living in Istanbul, keeps a secret to protect his family and has stayed away from the mansion for years. Cemre’s arrival breaks that order. Two rival families go back to war. An impossible attraction starts between Cemre and Aras. Toprak Mercandağ sits on the other side of that power fight.

Episode 1 recap (aired)

Cemre, after losing her job, meets Asil in Cyprus. They marry. He disappears the same day. She follows the trail to Tarsus and Mercan Köşk. Aras is an Istanbul businessman with citrus plants in Tarsus; he has kept distance from the house and from his family. On a return visit he faces a decision that will hit the whole family. Asil’s hidden past is left open at the end of the hour.

Episode 2 (not aired yet)

Air date: 12 September 2026, 20:00, ATV. Trailer lines only — not a full recap:

Cemre confronts Aras: “You lied to me from the beginning.” Another line in the promo: “Are you really married, or do you only think you are?” Questions about Asil’s past and about who died in an explosion stay unresolved until the episode airs. Do not treat trailer dialogue as the finished plot.
