What Happens in Güneşin Doğduğu Yer Episode 4?
At the time of writing, ATV has not published a complete official Episode 4 synopsis. Therefore, the confirmed story direction comes from the events of Episode 3 and the show's established storyline.
The biggest issue remains Leyla's return to Kenan's life.
After years apart, Leyla has returned to Adana with one clear goal: reconnecting with her son. Her arrival, however, threatens the family structure that Celadet has worked to protect.
Kenan is also forced to deal with the fact that the woman he once loved is suddenly back in his life.
Leyla's Return Changes Everything
Leyla's return is the central event driving the series.
ATV's official description explains that Leyla spent years separated from Kenan and her son after events that changed her life. When she returns to Adana, she finds Kenan preparing for a new life with Hanzade.
Her arrival creates an immediate problem for the Kozan family.
Leyla does not return to Adana simply to reopen an old romance. Her primary goal is to see her son again after years of separation.
That puts her directly against the plans of people who want the past to remain hidden.
Kenan Is Caught Between His Past and Present
Kenan faces one of the most difficult situations in the series.
He has strong ties to the Kozan family and is preparing to build a life with Hanzade. At the same time, Leyla's return brings back his unresolved feelings and memories.
ATV describes Kenan as a member of one of Adana's established families who must balance his responsibilities to his family with his love for Leyla.
Episode 4 is therefore likely to continue this emotional conflict, but the exact events should not be treated as confirmed until ATV releases the official synopsis.
Hanzade Faces Kenan's Past
Hanzade's position is becoming increasingly difficult.
She is preparing to build a marriage with Kenan, but Leyla's return means that his past can no longer be ignored.
The Episode 3 storyline specifically asks whether Hanzade can escape the shadow of Kenan's relationship with Leyla.
Her struggle is not only romantic. The marriage between Kenan and Hanzade also connects the Kozan and Atahanlı families through business and family interests.
Leyla's arrival threatens to disturb both relationships and family plans.
Ceyhun Starts Questioning the Truth
Ceyhun is another important character heading into Episode 4.
Episode 3 showed Ceyhun struggling with the difference between what he hears and what his instincts tell him. His attempt to discover the truth could change his relationship with both Leyla and Kenan.
His investigation adds another layer to the story because the truth surrounding Leyla's past has consequences for more than just Kenan.
Celadet's Hidden Secret
Celadet remains one of the most important characters in the family conflict.
The official series story establishes that she previously succeeded in separating Leyla from Kenan. Now that Leyla has returned, Celadet faces the possibility that the truth behind her past actions could be exposed.
Her biggest concern is no longer only Kenan.
Leyla's return also threatens her relationship with her grandson and the reputation she has protected for years.
This makes Celadet's choices one of the major questions moving into Episode 4.

At the same time, rumors spreading through Adana increased the tension between the Kozan and Atahanlı families.

These events provide the foundation for Episode 4.
