Halef: Köklerin Çağrısı Episode 15 Release Date
Halef: Köklerin Çağrısı Episode 15 officially premiered on Thursday, January 8, 2026, on NOW TV. The episode continued the series' weekly Thursday broadcast schedule and marked another major turning point in the first season.
Official Episode 15 Story
According to the official episode synopsis, Serhat is shot by Aşır, leaving the entire Yelduran Mansion devastated.
As Serhat lies in a coma, Melek, who is pregnant, refuses to leave his bedside and remains with him throughout his struggle for survival. Meanwhile, Yıldız is forbidden from even seeing Serhat, following Sultan's direct orders.
While the family deals with this tragedy, Akif takes advantage of Serhat's absence to seize control of the mansion. Although his authority is initially temporary, Akif begins implementing plans involving both Melek and Yıldız in an attempt to make his leadership permanent.
At the Kordağlı Mansion, the conflict also intensifies. Ziyan Ağa sends Aşır to Babahan, a legendary figure respected by both tribes and aghas because of his reputation for justice. Babahan's decision regarding Aşır will determine not only his future but also the next stage of the conflict between the Yelduran and Kordağlı families.
Why Episode 15 Is One of the Season's Biggest Turning Points
Episode 15 completely changes the emotional direction of the series. For the first time, Serhat is no longer leading the struggle between the rival families because he is fighting for his own life. His absence immediately creates a leadership crisis inside the Yelduran Mansion, allowing Akif to move quickly toward gaining permanent authority. Rather than simply protecting the family until Serhat recovers, Akif begins pursuing his own ambitions, making his intentions increasingly clear. Meanwhile, Melek demonstrates extraordinary loyalty by refusing to leave Serhat's bedside despite being pregnant herself. Her determination highlights the emotional strength that has defined her character since the beginning of the series. Yıldız experiences a different kind of pain. Although she desperately wants to see Serhat, Sultan's decision prevents her from even entering his room, creating another emotionally charged conflict inside the mansion. At the same time, events at the Kordağlı Mansion introduce an entirely new dimension to the story. Instead of allowing revenge to continue without limits, Ziyan Ağa places Aşır's fate in the hands of Babahan, a respected figure whose authority extends beyond individual tribes. This development suggests that the long-running feud may soon enter a completely different phase. By balancing emotional storytelling with political power struggles and family drama, Episode 15 successfully raises the stakes for every major character while preparing viewers for the dramatic events that follow.
