Sevdiğim Sensin Episode 16 marks the beginning of the series' second season and brings Erkan, Dicle, Ferman and the Aldur family into a new and much more difficult chapter. The episode premiered on Thursday, September 10, 2026, at 8:00 PM on Star TV.
The new episode continues directly from the dramatic events surrounding Ferman's shooting. Erkan takes responsibility for what happened and is arrested, while Ferman's condition becomes critical. As the family struggles to save Ferman's life, Dicle faces a difficult situation that could change everything between her and Erkan.
Sevdiğim Sensin Episode 16 Story
Episode 16 begins with Erkan taking responsibility for Ferman's shooting. As a result, he is arrested and brought before a court in Istanbul. His arrest places him in a serious legal situation and creates another major problem for Dicle and the Aldur family.
At the same time, Ferman's condition is critical. Doctors determine that he urgently needs a kidney transplant in order to survive. Ferman is therefore transferred to Istanbul, while the Aldur family begins an intense search for a suitable kidney donor.
The family's attention is now divided between Ferman's survival and Erkan's legal problems. While everyone tries to find a donor, Erkan remains behind bars and faces the consequences of accepting responsibility for the shooting.
Erkan Faces Prison
Erkan's decision to take responsibility puts him behind bars. His situation becomes even more complicated as he encounters the realities of prison life.
However, Erkan is not completely alone. A prisoner named Ali provides him with support inside the prison. Erkan does not yet know Ali's true identity or the secret plan behind his actions. This creates another mystery that is likely to become important as the story continues.
Dicle's Difficult Decision
While Erkan remains in prison, Dicle tries every possible way to secure his release. She refuses to give up easily, but none of her efforts produces the result she wants.
By the end of the episode, Dicle finds herself facing a major dilemma. With Erkan's freedom seemingly out of reach, she reaches the point where she must consider a decision that could surprise everyone.
This becomes one of the main emotional conflicts of Episode 16.
Tahir Threatens İnci
Another major storyline involves Tahir and İnci.
Tahir learns important truths about Erkan and uses what he knows to threaten İnci. At the same time, he sees Erkan's imprisonment as an opportunity to pursue something he has wanted for a long time: taking control of the company.
Tahir therefore begins putting his plan into action while the rest of the Aldur family is occupied with Ferman's medical crisis.
Derya's Truth Is Revealed
Episode 16 also brings an important family revelation.
Tahir, along with the rest of the Aldur family, learns that Feride Teacher is actually Dicle's older sister, Derya. This revelation changes the situation around Derya and creates another layer of tension within the family.
Following everything that has happened, Derya becomes distant and reserved toward Tahir and the people around her.
Ferman's Kidney Transplant
Ferman's health becomes one of the most urgent issues in Episode 16. His condition is serious enough that he needs a kidney transplant to survive.
After his transfer to an Istanbul hospital, the Aldur family uses every available option to find an appropriate donor. The search for a compatible kidney adds significant pressure to an already difficult situation.
The question of whether Ferman can receive a suitable transplant becomes one of the episode's biggest uncertainties.
